Who we are

What we collect

• Enquiries: when you use the “Start your project” form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), market, the services you are interested in and your message.
• WhatsApp and email: if you contact us this way we receive the details you send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
• Visit counts: we count page views and WhatsApp button clicks per day without cookies and without storing who you are.
• Analytics and advertising tools: only if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner, we load tools such as Google Analytics, which use cookies to measure how the site is used.
• Technical logs: our servers and security provider record technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project (taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding).
• To understand and improve the website, only with your consent for cookie-based tools.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (security and delivery), our email provider (to notify our team of new enquiries) and, if you accept cookies, Google and any other analytics or advertising tools named in the banner. Some of these may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up, normally no more than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security.

Cookies

Without your consent we only store your cookie choice in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies load after you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page (shown when such tools are in use).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
